CORAL HULL: A PLACE IN HEAVEN [PICTORIAL]
THE WRECKAGE TO COME

"Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep;"
[2 Corinthians 11:25, The Holy Bible, KJV]

Hold the line, man, he is strong enough to lift you out!,
The world sinks without him, in a dark heaving ocean,
Oh, still they failed to see those lifeboats a-coming,
ignited and powered by loyal servants of the Lord,
All those holy angels sent by God, heaven's lifeguards.

The mariner was so long estranged from his Creator,
he was unable to recognise a familiar light house,
shining out its mercy from the rugged coastline,
with fatal warnings of the wreckage to come ...
Old fool, what shall you become, without him?

The perishing, unloved and unloving in return
failed to take his hand, while it was reaching,
a mighty merciful anchor, reaching down, and down,
to where you drown, to haul you up, and up again,
onto the shore of salvation, as you splutter, cough
out the salty mire, of the choking invading water.

Hold the line, man, he is strong enough to lift you out!,
His wounded, merciful, graceful unwavering hand
like a rope being thrown, reaching down, and down
into the darkness, where you thought that you swam,
but where you drowned. He is the captain of the lifeboat.
When your grip on this life fails you, he will fail you not.

Oh my soul, what shall you become, without him?
Am I to glorify the God whom I have never met?
And a kingdom I have never known?

But His Holy Spirit strives within me,
As I am conformed to the image of His perfect son.

"Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:" [1 Timothy 1:19, The Holy Bible, KJV]
